COWBOY GUITARS

Many guitars were produced during the 30's, 40's and 50's to respond to the interest in cowboy heroes on both radio and television. Most of these guitars portrayed "Cowboy or "Western" scenes stenciled colorfully onto the body of the guitar. Their construction was of wood, and not manmade materials.
Even with the nostalgic intertest in the time period, these guitars are still affordable considering other collectibles of the era. For someone looking for something "Medium Rare" to collect, you couldn't go wrong with a "Cowboy Guitar". |
